How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  1. Submit a Request: Email wcandice714@gmail.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Item type (e.g., “5-Pack Microfiber Car Wash Cloths”, “Adjustable Hardwood Mop”, “10-Gallon Step-On Trash Can”)
    • Reason for return/exchange (e.g., “mop head frayed”, “trash can lid won’t close”, “wrong cloth material”)
    • Clear photos of the item (and defects, if applicable—e.g., broken hinge, frayed fabric) to speed up review.
  2. Receive Approval: Our team reviews requests within 2 business days (prioritizing defective Mops/Trash Cans). If approved:
    • For small items (Car Wash Cloths, compact Mops): We send a pre-paid return label (we cover return costs for defects/incorrect items; you cover costs for change-of-mind returns).
    • For large items (full-size Mops, Trash Cans): We arrange a courier pickup (free for defect-related returns; $15 USD fee for change-of-mind returns—due to size/weight).
  3. Ship the Item Back:
    • For Mops/Trash Cans: Repack in original packaging (include all accessories: e.g., Mop replacement heads, Trash Can liners, instruction manuals).
    • For small items: Ensure original seals are intact (if unopened) or repack in a clean, sealed bag (if defective).
    • Include a copy of your order confirmation and ship to our Texas address (2900 Illinois Ave Apt 903, Killeen, TX 76543, United States) within 10 days of approval.

Refund & Exchange Timelines

  • Refunds: Processed within 7–10 business days of receiving/picking up the item (we verify condition, packaging, and defects). Refunds are issued to your original payment method—you’ll get an email confirmation once complete.
  • Exchanges: We ship your replacement item (e.g., intact Mop, correct-size Trash Can) within 3–5 business days of verifying the returned item meets eligibility. Exchange shipping is free for defect/incorrect item requests.
