1. Order Acceptance & Confirmation

This request does not create a binding contract until we issue a formal order confirmation email to your provided address.1.2 The order confirmation email will include your unique order number, item details (quantity, type, specifications), total cost (including shipping and taxes), and shipping address. You must review this email within 24 hours of receipt and notify us immediately of any errors—we cannot modify orders after they have been processed for shipping.1.3 We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders for the following reasons, with prompt written notification to you:
  • Stock Shortages: If a product is unavailable due to unforeseen inventory issues, we will notify you within 3 business days and issue a full refund to your original payment method (no deductions or administrative fees).
  • Pricing Errors: If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to website glitches, typographical errors, or system malfunctions, we will cancel the order and explain the discrepancy. We will not honor incorrect prices unless explicitly confirmed in writing by a store manager.
  • Incomplete/Invalid Address: If your shipping address is missing critical details (e.g., apartment number, zip code) or is deemed invalid by our carrier, we will contact you via email/phone to verify. 3. Product Descriptions & Variations

However, minor variations may occur due to manufacturing processes, and these variations do not constitute a breach of these terms if they are trivial or do not affect the product’s intended use:

  • Size Variances: Trash Can capacity may have a ±5% variance (e.g., a “10-gallon Trash Can” may hold 9.5–10.5 gallons), and Mop handle length may vary by ±1 inch—these variances are normal for household cleaning products and do not impact functionality.
  • Material Minorities: Car Wash Cloth GSM (grams per square meter) may vary by ±20, and Mop head fiber density may have minor differences—all products still meet our quality standards for absorbency and durability.

    3.2 If a product differs significantly from its description (e.g., a “hardwood-safe Mop” that scratches floors, a “10-gallon Trash Can” that only holds 5 gallons), you may return it under our Return & Exchange Policy (Section 5) for a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

4. Shipping & Delivery

    6.2 This limitation of liability does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or intentional misconduct, or to any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable U.S. law.

    6.3 Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
  • Your improper use of our products (e.g., failing to follow care instructions for a Car Wash Cloth).
  • Your failure to provide accurate information (e.g., an incorrect shipping address leading to a lost Trash Can).
  • Your violation of these Terms & Conditions or any applicable U.S. laws or regulations.
